Available with XScale-Mini running Windows CE 6.0 or XScale-Lite running Windows CE 5.0. LCD-TF3.5 in. sunlight readable, transflective, extended temperature (320x240) TFT color graphics LCD display which features 64,000 colors. It is available with or without a touch screen. The touch screen option slightly dims the brightness of the display but it is still bright and sunlight readable, for best results use without the touch screen. The LCD-TF3.5 has an extended temperture range of -20 to +60 C. The display remains visible over the entire temperature range and also boots at the same temperatures.
   The LCD display is completely integrated onto a printed circuit board that allows you to directly connect to either the XScale-Mini or XScale-Lite via a standard flat 34-pin ribbon interface cable. No other hardware is required, simply plug it into the XScale unit and power up. The LCD-TF3.5 display, together with either the XScale-Mini or XScale-Lite make the ultimate, rugged unit.
