   At R.L.C. Enterprises, Inc. we have our own complete in-house manufacturing and testing facilities. We do not use outside assembly or testing shops. Because we do it all in-house, we are able to provide quality products and quick turn around at very competitive prices. We have done our own in-house manufacturing for the entire existence of the company. That is also more than 26 years. We have a manufacturing and quality control system in place that guarantees quality products every time.

    100% In-House Environmental Testing:

   In addition to 100% in-house automated assemble R.L.C. has its own environmental chambers to insure specifications are meet. Environmental testing is done on a regular basis to ensure quality. Having in-house facilities helps guarantee quality that can not be achieved using outside services.

CPU Boards Can Be Temperature Cycled From -40  to +85 C:

    We regularly temperature cycle and test our products to make sure they meet our specifications and will hold up in our customer's applications. Our goal is to deliver products that are always 100% functional.

All Windows CE Controllers Undergo a Comprehensive Burn-In:

    We burn-in and test our products to make sure they will hold up in our customer's applications. Burn-in cycle is at minimum 72 hours, with full operational testing, before and after burn-in. Our goal is to deliver products that are always 100% functional.

All Boards are 100% Functional Tested Prior To Shipment:

    We perform functional testing on all units and offer a full repair service with quick turn around. Even products that are ten years old can be repaired when needed.


All Units Undergo Many Quality Assurance Inspections:

    We use modern high tech inspection equipment at many stages of our manufacturing process. Trained technicians make sure all units meet our high standards of quality.

Computer Manufacturing Software Control System:

    We use an automated manufacturing control system to schedule orders and make sure the parts are available when you need our products.

In-House Hardware and Software Design:

    R.L.C. features 100% in-house engineering using the latest state-of-the-art CAD systems. We can quickly turn a high quality custom design around.

In-House Engineering CAD:

    R.L.C. features 100% in-house CAD Engineering. We can provide custom designs from our extensive libraries of embedded products. We have the best CAD systems and equipment available anywhere.
