XScale-SIO
The XScale-SIO module provides (4) four additional standard serial ports. This module plugs directly into the back of the XScale-Mini, XScale-Maxi, XScale-5.7, XScale-Magnum, and XScale-Extreme Embedded Single Board Computers. Each of the serial ports provide RS-232 receivers and drivers for Tx, Rx, RTS, and CTS control signals. Standard DB-9 connectors are provided for easy interfacing. The XScale-SIO also provides (2) two sets of RS-422/485 receivers and drivers. The RS-422/485 interface is provided on RJ-11 connectors. The XScale-SIO can be stacked along with one other XScale I/O module of your choice, but only the serial ports on the one XScale-SIO module can be enabled and used.
